Meet Ash, an inner space explorer, and her friend, Orbit, an Orb who always tells the truth. Ash and Orbit (and all you friends!) choose to adventure to inner space, the place where our thoughts, words, and actions are powerful energy, to help Orbit understand her wizzy fizzy feelings.
Orbit's energy is so powerful she looses control until Ash helps her hocus, pocus focus with magical dandelion finger mustache breaths. Orbit starts to move through her fizzy-dizzy & tingly-wingly feelings by practicing noticing and focusing!
Ash and Orbit meet Landon Scott, an Inner Space Artist who helps Orbit give form to her feelings and reminds us all we are scientist-artists of our own inner space, watching our feeling animals inside.
After the inner space quake, everyone felt stuck, upside down even. So, to get unstuck, Lady M guides Ash and Orbit to move their yucky, mucky, stucky and find their flow again.
Sometimes wizzy fizzy can feel like a gorilla in your chest. Inner Space Musician, JT, learns with Ash how to just let his gorilla, gorilla.
After a fight with Orbit, Ash realizes she needs to pause and feel her heart to know what’s best to do. Luckily, our inner space friends gather and together everyone sends heart shine to Orbit.
While Ash is looking for Orbit, she discovers the Wonders of Wandering book that shows up in perfect timing to share the heart of the wonders from our inner space adventures.
